Scheduled Course Prices
£175-£195 per delegate including lunch & refreshments, course notes and post training support. Please enquire stating the course you require.
Course Changes & Cancellation
Cancellations and changes by the customer must be submitted in writing. Cancellations and changes made:
Prior to 5 full working days of the first day of the Course will incur a 100% charge of the Course Fee.
Between 5 and 10 full working days before the course will incur a charge of 50% of the course fee.
You may transfer your place to a substitute person providing we receive written notification of the substitution from you and that the proposed substituting person agrees to these terms and fulfils any criteria required for the Course in question.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes and reserve the right to cancel a Course due to the following:
If minimum attendance levels are not confirmed to our satisfaction before the start of the course – under these circumstances we will provide at least 1 weeks written notice of cancellation.
In circumstances beyond our control e.g. sickness etc.
In the unlikely event of a Course being cancelled we will advise you as soon as this change is known and will offer alternative dates or, at your option, a full refund of course fees if payment for a course has been made in full, but disclaim any further liability.
We reserve the right to improve the specification and format of our courses for your benefit without notice.
