1. Create an Email Template

Outlook is such an underrated tool. Used effectively, it can save you heaps of time and turn the most disorganised person into a super slick chick or a super fly guy when it comes to being efficient. I'm going to share a post each week on how to do exactly that. Here's the first of many...
  1. If you ever find yourself writing the same email over and over, you need to set up a template.
  2. First, write a new email containing the text and attachments if any that you want to save.
  3. Next, go to File, Save As and from the Save as Type drop down choose Outlook Template.
  4. Type a filename in the filename box e.g Customer Quotation and click Save.
  5. To make accessing the template easy you need to add the Choose Form button to the Quick Access toolbar.
  6. When you want to use the template click the Choose Form button, select Templates in User File System and choose the template you want!
