at Storm Training has undertaken three training afternoons at the Royal
Hallamshire Hospital, two in the use of Microsoft Excel and one in Access.
The group undertaking the sessions was composed of doctors in training and
consultant ophthalmologists with various levels of information technology
skills. Each session had approximately 12-15 participants. The sessions
have been well run and informative.
Feedback from the
participants has been excellent and all felt they had developed new
skills. Certainly those with previous skills in the use of this software
felt they gained extra information. Some of the participants commented
they wished they had had this training earlier as the skills they had
acquired would have saved them a great deal of time with past
projects.
The post-course support has been good with email
back up from Anita. She has been flexible in arrangements and easy to
contact with queries. We will continue to use Storm training for our IT
skills sessions in the future and would recommend Anita to any
organisation hoping to improve staff skills with these
